中国海关再次变更包裹通关要求

  刚刚收到海关的最新规定，并立即生效！！！
  <1>每个包裹必须有2份CN23报关单（我们强烈建议贴3份）。
  <2>2份CN23报关单必须分开放在透明信封里，不要将CN23粘贴在包裹上。
  <3>发件人必须是具体的发件人，不能是物流公司
  <4>必须加上发件人邮件地址
  <5>价格1000人民币(95英镑)以上的包裹必须附上2份商业发票
  <6>CN23必须签字

由于该规定立即生效，意味着已经发出在未到达客户手里的包裹都有可能被退回。

Chinese Customs have introduced a set of new rules with regard to the presentation of items.  They are;

Each item must have 2 X CN23 (Customs declaration document)

The 2 X CN23’s must be placed inside a documents enclosed pouch.  Do not affix any CN23 to the item.

When adding a shipment, the ‘sender’ must always be the actual shipper, not the consolidator

When adding a shipment the actual shippers email address must be added.  

If the goods have a value of ￡1000 RMB (￡95) then 2 x Invoices must also be produced.

The shipper must sign both CN23’s

Chinese Customs have requested the change, with immediate effect.  If the changes are not made it is very likely your items will be rejected and sent back to you.
