在2013年12月中旬,有一批包裹有严重延迟的现象,有好几个客户的包裹到现在还是没有收到,我们深感抱歉。
经过努力查询,BPOST的答复是因为中国海关当时修改了规定,并且马上执行。
另外BPOST重申,每个包裹需要贴两份CN23报关单,其中一份需要可以取下(中国海关需要取下报关单)。
以下是我们收到的BPOST官方的正式解释。
Following on from our previous announcement of the new China Customs requirements (effective immediately). We have been informed by China Post that into Shanghai there are long delays in the processing of EMS items due to delays through China customs, we are working with china Post to minimise the impact to our customers but China Customs are in control of this volume until released and are following the Customs process without deviation.
For new volume leaving for China we are moving as much away from Shanghai as possible leaving the following Postal codes remaining with SHA 20xxxx-24xxxx, 31xxxx-34xxxx, 41xxxx-42xxxx. We will continue to discuss with China Post options to route even more of the remaining volume into other China gateways if possible.
I would like to remind you that is compulsory to have two copies of the CN23 affixed to the package with one being in a separate pouch that China customs can remove on arrival. It is also required that the full description on the CN23 matches the contents of the box.
Items may be returned if they do not have the correct requirements as stipulated above.
