We are still seeing an increase in the number of re-used / recycled boxes being injected into our network. This in itself is not an issue, however they have old labels / documentation on them which does not relate to Parcelforce Worldwide. In many cases this relates to Dangerous Goods warning labels, whereas the goods within the items are actually safe for transit.
From now any items found to have any labels on them that are not official PFW documents run the risk of being held back and delayed.
